Terms & Conditions
Registration:
The registration fee includes
unlimited access to all scientific sessions, lunches
and/or coffee breaks from Thursday through Saturday and the Meet-&-Greet-Reception on Friday evening.
Registration
has to be made via this website using one of the registration/payment options offered:
- online payment by credit card (via secured server)
- payment by bank transfer (due within 2 weeks of the initial registration)
- payment on-site (cash or credit card, with a 15 EUR surcharge for on-site cc-payment)

Cancellation:
Refund of fees, less 25 % administrative
charges, can be applied for in writing until April
20, 2014. After this date no refund can be made for cancellations.
Please note that this also applies to the
'on-site payment'-option.
For any name
changes, a handling fee of € 25 will be charged.
The
participant acknowledges that he/she has no right
to demand compensation from the organisers should
the holding of the meeting be hindered or prevented
by unexpected political or economic events or generally
by force majeure, or should the non-appearance of
speakers or other reasons necessitate program
changes.
With his/her registration, the participant
accepts these terms.
Confirmation:
Upon receipt of the correct registration, each participant will receive a confirmation
of
registration with an individual barcode. Please print this confirmation email and bring to
the registration desk as proof for your registration.
